The Good Care Group is one of the UK’s leading professional providers of high quality live-in care for elderly people that allows them to live safely and comfortably in their own home, whilst maintaining their dignity and independence. The company was established eighteen months ago and we were brought on board to help build their brand profile within the care sector.
The initial campaign has been focused on the specialist media and during this period we have created a momentum of interest and exposure in a growing number of influential publications. Wherever possible, we have highlighted their expertise in the area of dementia care – positioning the Group at the forefront of best practice – and as a result there are increasing requests for interviews and by-lined articles.
In addition, we work closely with the marketing team. This has included not only advising them on a range of issues but also helping to develop case studies and background materials and briefing papers. One highlight was assisting them with their submission to the Home Care category in the leading Independent Healthcare Awards – which they went on to win in recognition of their innovative approach to home care for those living with dementia.
